After Lunch Info Session: Find out how your company can innovate with CERN’s Quantum Technology Initiative

CERN is a household name to just about everyone in the scientific community. CERN’s mission is to perform world-class research in fundamental particle physics; finding out what the Universe is made of and how it works. CERN technologies, and the human expertise associated with them, translate into positive impact on society in many different fields. They could be of interest for companies and industry to address innovation challenges.

The relationship between quantum technologies and particle physics is obvious, which is why CERN has launched its own Quantum Technology Initiative (CERN QTI).

The focus of this event is on cooperation with research and development partners from science and industry. How can CERN's technology be used for developments in quantum technologies? What opportunities do 2nd generation quantum technologies offer for CERN? Which partnership opportunities are there for co-development? Which partnership opportunities are there for co-development?

Dr. Benjamin Frisch, Dr. Amanda Diéz Fernández and Dr. Michele Grossi will give us insights into research and knowledge transfer at CERN.

This ONLINE seminar is about the QT-related research currently being carried out at CERN and will show the opportunities for future collaboration for companies, startups and research institutions in Berlin Brandenburg.

The event will be held in English and participation is for free. We kindly ask you to register.

This After Lunch Info Session is a joint event of the Photonics Cluster Berlin Brandenburg, CERN's Knowledge Transfer Office and CERN's Quantum Technology Initiative (CERN QTI).
